Sarah has detailed knowledge and hands-on experience of luxury brands ranging through ESPA, Murad, Decleor, Crystal Clear, Oxygen and Lipofirm but - crucially - a comprehensive understanding of the science behind the marketing and what really works.

The challenge of working in high-end hotels and spas such as Norton House Hotel, Lumia and Me Time encouraged further research into the next innovative products and treatments that would meet the needs and expectations of clients. This expertise, along with the highest standards of customer care and service, was then shared with the next generation of therapists, via the role of national Spa Trainer & Business Development manager of [comfort zone].
